The female business leaders will be addressing meaningful topics such as; what organisations can do to combat gender bias, the impact female leaders have on an organisation and how we can affect change for our future workforce.

About the Women in Leadership Panellists

Jacqueline Gold CBE is the Chief Executive of Ann Summers and Knickerbox and is renowned for managing a business run by women, for women. Jacqueline is the perfect person to lead the conversation as an activist for women in business that champions female entrepreneurs, through sharing her own experiences.

Grace Beverley is the founder of two fitness-inspired brands that have earned her a spot on the Forbes 30 under 30 list. A successful female entrepreneur, she won Natwest’s GBEA Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2019 and is shaking up the archaic business world, with a global reach of over 1.5 million.

Next up is Fortune's 40 under 40, Nicola Kilner, the co-founder and CEO of the quirky, science-based, multimillion-dollar empire, DECIEM, which includes brands such as The Ordinary and NIOD. Nicola has been instrumental in developing its global presence and scaling the company into a business with annual net sales of $460 million.

Also leading the panel is Glamour, Cosmopolitan and Radio Academy Award Winner, Mollie King. She’s gone from one-fifth of the #1 girl band, The Saturdays, selling over 5M records worldwide, to developing into a leading Radio Presenter for BBC Radio 1 and Columnist for the fashion magazine, Marie Claire.

THRIVE’s Chief Marketing Officer, Cassie Gasson, is also joining the discussion to share her experiences supporting and empowering women in the workplace. With THRIVE since its inception in 2018, she has been instrumental in the exponential growth of the business to over 270 customers in a few short years. She worked with THRIVE's CEO, Sean Reddington, as a graduate and is now the driving force behind the brand as well as leading a high-performance team that contributes more than £1M to annual sales.

Free tickets for the next generation of female leaders

To inspire and support the next generation of female leaders in business and tech, THRIVE have decided to give away complimentary tickets to the event to 25 young aspiring female leaders under 18.

They are calling out to anyone at College, University or starting out in their career to share what they’re most passionate about and why they want tickets to see these inspiring speakers live in September.

If you know someone who would love the opportunity, they can register here. The winners will be announced on the 19th of August.

Hosted at the iconic Royal Opera House

On 14th September 2022, these female leaders will be speaking at THRIVE’s customer event; a celebration that will bring together, thank and inspire the organisations that share THRIVE’s commitment to revolutionising the L&D industry.

The conference will take place in the heart of London at the Royal Opera House, a historic venue that's renowned for its creative arts, opera and ballet.

The announcement follows the news that THRIVE recently welcomed its 100th employee and 200th customer, with Primark, Financial Times, McLaren, Co-op and Howdens among the notable names joining the ‘THRIVE TRIBE’ this year.
