CLO100 partners with THRIVE to offer cutting-edge Learning Leaders Programme experience
CLO100 is excited to announce its partnership with THRIVE, an innovative digital learning and skills platform designed to provide delegates with an unparalleled experience on the Learning Leaders Programme.
THRIVE's platform offers a range of features that are specifically built to foster an effective learning experience, including social learning, gamification, and personalised learning paths. After careful evaluation of various learning platforms, CLO100 has selected THRIVE as its digital learning partner to ensure the success of its Learning Leaders Programme.

In partnership with Leeds University Business School, the Learning Leaders Programme aims to provide senior L&D professionals with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles and transform their organisations. With the THRIVE partnership, the programme now offers a cutting-edge learning platform that will enhance the learning experience for participants and provide them with the tools they need to succeed.
The 12-month Learning Leaders Programme covers six core categories, spending approximately two months on each, which include:
- Business Alignment,
- Learning Mindset,
- Learning Environment,
- Building Capability,
- Marketing Learning, and
- Learning Innovation.
During the programme, participants will have their own personal Success Coach to help them translate their learning back to the business and get the most from their learning experience. A variety of digital content will also be accessible via the THRIVE platform to support their learning journey.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive the Executive Certificate in Strategic Learning Leadership from Leeds University Business School to recognise their achievement.
